In our country, the mediation establishment, which entered our legal system with the Law on Mediation in Legal Disputes numbered 6325, appears as a short-term, flexible, confidential, consent-based and inexpensive solution that emerges as an alternative to long and costly litigation processes.
The ability to solve legal problems quickly and inexpensively - by establishing dialogue - through the unification of the parties on a common ground, pursuing common interests, and even establishing forward-looking partnerships is not only an innovation that relieves the current legal system; it also means the establishment of a constructive and advanced legal order.
